Los Mensajeros is a Christian distributor and bookstore. It was born in 2001 to provide Christian materials to people around the world, giving them exlusively online help.

We continue working to give our customers an excellent service. Our goal is to become a channel to reach those who are far, and to be a constant support to those that has no access to Christian bookstores, so they can get materials in their homes, just visiting our website.

At the top right margin of the screen you willl find an option called My Account. You must click there and the system will tell you the steps to open your account. Once you have your account opened, you will receive by e-mail a message to inform you about the opening and to remember you your ID and password.
- How to accede into my personal account?
Once you have completed the process of account opening you'll can go inside it with your e-mail and password.
- How can I search a product for its title?
Place the name of the product you are looking for (or part of it) in the Search which is at the top left margin of the screen and press enter. The system will carry you to the wanted product.
You can start the searching entering the name of the author or ISBN of the product.
Click upon the title and you will see the price and a brief description of it.
- How can I find a product using the Advanced Search?
Click in the Advanced Search option and enter the requested information (Category - price - author - word of the description) so you will can restrict and make more effective your search.
- How can I include the product to my shopping cart?
Once you have found the product you desire, you will be able to include it to your shopping cart with a click in Add to Cart.
- Which are the means of payment to purchase in Los Mensajeros?
Following the steps the system gives during the process of purchasing, you will have these alternatives of payment:

Yes, once you have opened your personal account, you will have the possibility to include until five addresses, so you will be able to send your purchases to your loved ones, in any country of the world.
- Do you have discounts for purchases in quantity?
Yes, in Los Mensajeros more than the half of our products are sold with a 10%, 20% and almost 30% of discount of the original price (price of list).
Besides it, we have additional discounts for purchases over U$S 39.99.- These discounts are from 10% to 30% based on the volumen of your purchase, and you will be able to see it in your shopping cart, after choosing your payment option.
- What about the delivery time?
The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days since your purchase, and depends on the volumen of the purchase and destiny.
- How can I know my purchase was sent?
The next day of the shipping you will receive by e-mail a tracking number so you will be able to see the way of your package by internet and you will know its arrival to your home.
You will be able to see this tracking number in the detail of the order by entering to your account. For your security, Los Mensajeros work with the shipping company making sure.
